Input lag - Offline Mode (Worse Online)

Same problem here, massive input lag. According to the ea connection report i have 99/100 points connection. Ping is under 10ms, jitter is 0.12 ms and packet loss 0.01% so this has nothing to do with connection. Game is unplayable when you have a 60-120 ms delay in your inputs being registered even if your ping in game is 3ms. Cannot win the ball and cannot dribble. Please fix this
