Inputs still don't register properly

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game... Bought a new controller and it still happens
What happens when the bug occurs? I press the pass button and sometimes it doesn't do anything or even register the input also when trying to control the ball. Driven passes seem to register a lot less than others. Also first time shots where they take a touch in front of a open goal and lose the ball of let the goalkeeper move. Lost so many matches and you've cost me so much frustration and rewards...
What should be happening instead? All my inputs should register all the time at least 99 pct of the time
I have plenty of videos of buttons not registering at least 50 crashes and game breaking glitches but there eon my Xbox I'm on my phone atm. I'm using wires internet and my moves also don't register on single player modes like rush, clubs, player manager really ruins the game for me and makes it a bad experience
