Issue with MOTM and POTM Awards in Career Mode – EAFC 25

Dear EAFC Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the “Man of the Match” (MOTM) and “Player of the Month” (POTM) awards in EAFC 25’s Career Mode.

I started a career using R9 and noticed that, regardless of my on-field performance—such as scoring a hat trick, four goals, or three goals with two assists—my player frequently loses the MOTM award to teammates who receive a match rating of 10. This occurs even when their contribution is minimal, such as providing a single assist, or sometimes not contributing to any goals at all.

This issue not only affects the MOTM awards but also impacts my player’s inclusion in the “Team of the Week” (TOTW). Despite consistent high-level performances over half a season, I have only won one POTM award, even though my player’s achievements should have merited at least three. Consequently, this has made it more challenging to achieve agent objectives.

I have attempted to resolve the problem by starting a new Career Mode with different players, including Icons, existing players, and custom-created players, but the issue persists across all attempts.
