Used Power Surge and Club member reward on Joe Gomez. The outcome was ver yclearly stated to be an 84 rated card with 89 pace. I have ended up with an 82 rated card and 86 pace, also with a lower dribbling and more. I've read many users on FUtbin having the same issue. This isn't the card we were promised and it's all gone kind of wasted now. Why?

If you are still experiencing issues with upgrading your Evolution items, please let us know which item is causing you trouble after evolving it. I'm playing the game since 2018, played it last year, I have EA PLAY PRO and I'm missing Club member rewards and club member player evo. Can you please investigate the issue and fix it? Thanks in advance.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and this EVO is a part of the product. I can't do it and it looks like the EVO period will end. Please compensate me.

I have play Ultimate Teams since 22 and I even got a founder badge, so I definitely eligible for the evo.
But I haven't found it. Am I doing anything wrong? or It's just a bug?

@pGear2484 Below is the criteria for club membership. Are you satisfy below conditions?

"To be eligible for Club Membership, you must have played FC 24 before 27 September, 2024 and played FC 25 before 1 November, 2024*."

I do not have sprint supreme in my available evolutions but Gomez doesnt have the upgrade from it even after i completed it.

Same has happened to me and after I completed them both it showed him 87 pace with all stat boost added and then I went off loaded up next day looked and it says he’s 86 pace so it completely removed the pace evo

I did the sprint supreme evo then intro to stat limits evo then did club member reward evo (in that order). He was suppose to have 87 but only has 86, according the other ea support parties and my calculations. ea pls help me with this bug/issue pls.

I did the the power surge evolution on Joe Gomez got the upgrade then completed the club member evolution and did not reice any upgrades after it showed me I would.
