L1 & R1 buttons not working properly doing SBC

When trying to do an SBC, using the L1 or R1 just moves the cursor in 1 direction only. Its very annoying since there is delay in the SBC menu and you click over the sport you wanted to add a player....

When I'm trying to complete a SBC, I typically search my club so that way I don't accidentally submit a player I want/like. I use the multi-search function to easily submit more players. After the last title update, I am no longer able to toggle left and right using the LB/L1 or RB/R1 buttons. I now can ONLY toggle left even when I'm pressing RB/R1.
