Manager Career - Youth Academy Faces don't grow beards and look unrealistic

They look like Oblivion characters. The women scouted from Kazakhstan all look like Borat and have a uni-brow. Kazakhstan is an central Asian country made up of Asian people. WTF EA?

This is a joke and it completely breaks my immersion. All youth academy players look like troglodytes.
