This issue is just one in the laundry list of problems in Manager Career mode waiting for a Title Update patch sometime in the future, hopefully, we will not have to wait until February or March, similar to a number of resolutions in EA FC 24 that were delayed. The only temporary solution is to configure Manager Career mode saves at the beginning with the 'Manual Only' option, instead of 'Manual and Automatic' or 'Automatic Only'. When playing with a top-flight club, using the 'Performance Enhanced' option in manual training plans for the entire season generally functions, however, for second and third tier programs, you will have to periodically adjust to maintain stamina levels, due to increased number of matches at those levels.
Hope it gets patched, I’ve been doing a Portsmouth career mode and I have had no sharpness for an entire season now, guess it’s not gonna get better.
