Manager Career Gamesave Crash After 1 Season

I have faced the exactly same bug with my only career mode save. I finally moved up to the Premier League with Blackburn and made some transfer moves during the first day of my second season's summer transfer window (July 2nd, 2025), then I quit the game and shut down the console. Then I try loading the game tonight and the game crashes every damn time I try loading it! I have the same concerns you have raised here? How come am I going to play this game again without knowing for sure if I will waste 2 months of my life playing a save for then having it crash when it reaches the second season? That's insane because I have spent over U$70 on this game, and Manager Career Mode is the only mode I actually play. Game feels completely broken to me.
