manager career mode cant change RULES
nowhere in manager career is there a way to change the RULES settings
I would like to turn Penalties OFF for handball as they occur too frequently
referee at VERY STRICT also generates too many red cards, multiple times my opponent is having two players get red carded per game
Those configurations are only available in the main menu settings of the game. Save and quit your career mode, and then modify the 'Rules' settings from the Home dasboard, then return to the career mode save.
