Manager Career. Multiple players submitting Transfer Request

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On initial set up on Manager Career, set the training settings on fixed. This bugs player sharpness all season and has an effect on player stamina. This causes the need to player rotate more than usual. Sign a couple of crucial/important players. And torwards the end of the season where you need to rest players, the players become unhappy very quickly and even after putting the players back into the starting 11 for multiple games this doesn’t not change their morale and they submit a transfer request. I had 4 players submit a transfer request in the last month of the 1st season. This is after winning the FA Cup and Champions League. Two of these players I had singed in the first transfer window.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players hand in transfer request after missing a hand full of games (these games are not back to back) once a player hands in a request you can’t do anything about it and you ultimately loose the player.
What should be happening instead? Players should not be submitting a transfer request after missing a few games, especially at the end of the season when the team have won the FA Cup and Champions Leauge

Due to low stamina levels of players towards the end of the season this forces player rotation which is standard in football. What’s not standard is after missing two or three games in a month 4 players have submitted a transfer request due to lack of game time, two of which I signed at the start of the season. These players have not missed back to back games. These players have started 30+ games already this season. 

I was really enjoying the season, I felt it was quite realistic. Even though setting up the player training on fixed during the initial set up had completely ruined player sharpness all season, the game itself felt good. Then after winning the FA Cup and Champions League I have had 4 key players hand in a transfer request and there is nothing I can do about it. What the heck?

I spent many hours in that season and all for nothing. Really and truly disappointed.
