Manager career youth scout report "null"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start a manager career mode save with any team and manager 2. o to youth scouts 3. Fire your youth scout 4. Sign a new one to replace the old one 5. Send the scout on any scouting mission
What happens when the bug occurs? The youth scout returns with a weird report: It is completely blank with no players whatsoever. It also says (null) in the top right corner, where the nation of the scouted youth player should be. This happens throughout the scouting mission on every scouting report. The weirdest part, you'll get sent emails for signed players by other clubs, but your report is blank.
What should be happening instead? You should see the youth players from the scouting misson.
