Manager Mode Rush - Controller Disconnecting Forces Rejoin Opponent's Team

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Join a Manager Mode - Rush game as the away team with a PS4 controller connected to the PC 2. During the game, disconnect the controller. 3. Reconnect the controller to the PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will prompt you with a select side screen for the controller - however if you choose your team's side (on the away side) you will get an error message saying something like "You can only join the side that you started the game with" which will not allow you to progress back into the gameplay unless you select the opponent's (home) side.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to select your own team to control and resume the game.
If I have the ability to edit this ticket I will grab a screenshot of the error message and upload it, but on my machine I can reproduce it very easily as I have a controller with a loose wire connection that occasionally disconnects. If it happens during the Rush game I can't resume the game as my own team - which is quite unfortunate.
