Maximum height of youth players with certain positions is arbitrarily cut off

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into Manager career and send a youth academy scout to search for RB/LB or ST or CB.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you scout RBs/LBs will never be above 180cm, STs will never be above 190cm, CBs are too short on average.
What should be happening instead? Youth academy RBs/LBs should be able to be bigger than 180cm. Youth academy STs should be able to be bigger than 190cm. Youth academy CBs should be bigger on average.

For the youth academy scouting the maximum heights of found players are completly arbitrarily cut off for some positions.

For example since FIFA22 I think the maximum height for a fullback created through youth scouting is 180cm. Why can't a fullback in youth academy be 181cm? Or 185cm?

Same with ST. The maximum height for a ST created through youth scouting seems to be 190cm. I mean what about Ibrahimovic or Haaland? Why can't a ST in youth academy be that big?

Also the CBs created through youth scouting might not have an issue with a maximum height limit, but on average they are way too small (even accounting for players below age 16 growing).

It's way too rare to get a CB in the 187cm-193cm range, considering that this might be the range that is most common for this position in real life.

All of this isn't an EAFC25 specific issue, but dates back to FIFA22. I think now would be a good time to fix this.
