Menu's still extremely unresponsive

Which mode has this happened in? All menus, especially career mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the menus, in tactics, transfers, squad etc. Especially in transfer and contract negotiations, the menus are laggy and at times you have to press the A button multiple times to get a response and it is VERY annoying. 
What happens when the bug occurs? No response from A button and Menus very slow to change option.
What should be happening instead? When you press the A button, it should work first time, same as when you are selecting another option. I dont understand how you can break something as simple as a menu, especially when the cut scenes in transfer and contract negotiations are the same cut scenes put in the game about 5 years ago...
