Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hello EA, I have been a FIFA player and purchaser since FIFA 09, and have consistently played this game. However, in the past week, both my rank 2 fut champions rewards and my 87+ base icon / centurions pack have not shown up in the store after achieving this rank and completing the SBC. This is simply unacceptable and I deserve to have this reward for dealing with this game. Please fix this and compensate me as soon as possible, and reply to me on EA Help website (mmdsnelder).
What happens when the bug occurs? There is nothing that shows up on FC store, as I constantly attempt to check if rewards are there.
What should be happening instead? They should be in the store, both Rank 2 Fut Champs rewards and my 87+ base/centurions pack
