Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I didn’t get the SP or the packs and I claimed them in twitch but it’s not showing in game.

    @LordMolina1 sorry if I ask a silly question, is twitch linked on your EA account and did you receive the link reward?

      It’s linked and I still haven’t received anything yet.

        Im from Argentina,  i complete the 2 task in twitch and didnt get the rewards ☹️
