Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

The YouTube stream was so bad, no commentator sound for the first 10-15mins, then when it was corrected, the stream started freezing and cutting to black and then forward again it was unwatchable. After 40mins I went to twitch and watched for another 20mins+ (3am here in Australia at that point), both my accounts are linked but the watch time for both were not taken into account.

seems unfair, especially since the YouTube stream was bad.
