Watched the fc pro event on twitch with account linked and didn't get the reward packs I claimed. It's been six hours or more and it's not reflected in FC 25 that I completed the two objectives of 15 and 60 mins. Everything looks correct with linking but I don't know when I should have gotten the packs or has everyone else already. Please help.
I’m having the same issue, people have said that you need to redeem the reward on twitch first, but I’ve watched well over an hour of the stream yesterday, and still have no rewards on twitch (or in game).
some help from an EA representative would be great.
will I need to watch it all over again? I’d hope this can be resolved before the objective expires.
I redeemed both rewards on twitch yesterday, still nothing on fc 25 over a day later.
i got the same problem today and yesterday. i claimed my rewards on twitch and its not showing up in game, but ea never did adress this on twitter. i dont think they care.
I even checked fc companion because sometimes when things aren't working in fc 24 console the app is working. No luck though, five backs on the line with zero help.

I’ve tried that, and did claim for the day 2 rewards already. But the day 1 never showed up
I claimed the rewards both days as the notifications on twitch popped up, showed i had my twitch and YouTube linked to ea and still have not received either rewards from either day yet, and got the rewards for linking my twitch and YouTube to ea so i know i di it correctly its really frustrating.
