Ive watched both days for over an hour. First day around 2 hours on YouTube. 2nd day around an hour an a half on YouTube. Only
got the 15 mins reward for day 2. My account is linked to YouTube. Obviously.
I watched from Saturday nov 2nd at 11am till about 1pm. Central time. Got nothing. The next day on the 3rd I watched from 1130am to about 1pm. And only got 15 mins reward.

Watched day two and received it all.
watched via twitch both days on my phone. Everything is linked and has been for a few years.
can someone please start fixing this as I need these rewards to do the new hero pack.

Summary of the issue - Claimed EA FC pro Drops on Twitch - no Reward in-game
Potential reproduction steps
Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives! (We would greatly appreciate it if you could include accurate timestamps) - Not sure exact times to be honest but 2nd and 3rd as soon as I watched 1hr worth.

i didnt keep track of the exact time i redeemed my rewards however know i have claimed day 1 rewards 2 days ago and day 2 rewards yesterday as of writing this, however it was pretty close to the earliest redemption time as watched from beginning of stream, and would of redeemed as early as possible to recieve rewards, so no more than 1hr30 into the stream
I have attached screenshot of both redemption screen on twitch and also EAFC web app showing status of rewards not recieved
I can confirm as of 11/4/24 @ 3:42PM EST this issue has been resolved, thank you EA
I saw it and was able to claim it about approximately 8 - 9 pm est I believe it was

summary of issue- watched both streams for two hours claimed both rewards each day on twitch as the notifications popped up but have still not received the rewards in ea fc 25. I have the packs from linking ea with my twitch and YouTube so I know it’s linked correctly.

Not got my rewards from day 1 or day 2 and I've redeemed them on twitch and accounts have been linked for years without problems
Claimed rewards for day 1 on day 1 before 7.30pm GMT and day 2 before 5.30pm GMT

Any sign of this being sorted, I’ve been through god knows how many chats with support team that do nothing and I wanted these rewards to do the hero pack (one refresh runs out very soon)

3. Watched stream on twitch and YouTube 1st day. On twitch I seen it within 40 minutes, than went to YouTube watched 2+ hours there and didn't get reward automatically.
4. Get reward for 15 mins 1rst day on twitch, when realized, that I get nothing from youtube. Next day(03.11) I used twitch, coz it's working.
5. Started to watch from 02.11.2024, 19.00 GMT+2, watched till the end.

- For day 1 claimed both 15 min and 60 min prizes almost right after watching for sufficient time.
- For day 2 nothing could be claimed for over 2 days already
