Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

Any sign of this being sorted, I’ve been through god knows how many chats with support team that do nothing and I wanted these rewards to do the hero pack (one refresh runs out very soon)

@FUTDODD seems like, we won't lose foders on the SBC :D
I think I'll skip this object next time, there is no point to lose 2h watching streams to get nothing.. so disappointed.
