Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

  • Gamertag
  • Platform
  • Summary of the issue
  • Potential reproduction steps 
  • Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives! (We would greatly appreciate it if you could include accurate timestamps)
  • Screenshot showing the status of your rewards on your account

These are the details for my case:

  • Gamertag: PTZmaurisq
  • Platform: PC
  • Summary of the issue: Claimed the rewards of the second day of stream on Twitch, didn't get the rewards in-game. Day 1 worked fine.
  • Potential reproduction steps: Rewards not in game
  • Timestamp (Date, exact time, and timezone) when you claimed the objectives: November 3rd, 2024. Around 11:30 am GMT-6
  • Screenshot showing the status of your rewards on your account: Images attatched, showing I claimed on Twitch, and objectives not completed for day 2
