Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

Thank you again, everyone, for your responses. Could you please provide the exact timestamp (date, time, and time zone) when you claimed the objectives? Having accurate timestamps would be very helpful in understanding the status of those rewards.

summary of issue- watched both streams for two hours claimed both rewards each day on twitch as the notifications popped up but have still not received the rewards in ea fc 25. I have the packs from linking ea with my twitch and YouTube so I know it’s linked correctly. but still have not received any of the rewards in game.

timestamp- first two hours of each stream each day (nov 2nd 2024 12am-2pm) (nov 3rd 2024 12am-2pm)

      @FUTDODD they want people to be specific as possible with the time stamps of when you watched the stream and when you claimed the rewards. don't know why they cant just use the pictures everyone is attaching to their posts showing the rewards not working
