I watched both events first one worked fine and I got my rewards instantly but the second one I watched for 2 hours and did not get anything.
The very next day I only received the 15minute reward which is very frustrating.
I spoke to an ea representative and they told me they was well aware of this problem as it was happening to multiple people and they will get to sorting my issue but so far nothing yet.
What is going on?
They don’t care about their customers. I watched over an hour each day. And watched the replay. Only got great for 15mins day 2. Complete joke.
