Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

dont think help will come, ea only cares about money and not the players.

yes, today i reedem them but i got only the exp .. i dont get the exp from yesterday and the pack from today and yesterday. And i got my yt channel connected and they say i dont have it in game .....

I have tried to manually redeem them but only one shows up the watch for an hour doesn’t. 

Im from Argentina,  i complete the 2 task in twitch and didnt get the rewards ☹️

I'm missing the the 60 minute watch time for day 2. Watched the stream for well over an hour and didn't receive the objectives pack for it.

I got the 15 minute watch time reward but not the 60 minute one, even though I watched pretty much the whole live stream on youtube

I am having the same issue, watched for entire hour on twitch, clicked on redeem on twitch, for both the 15 min and hour rewards, never recieved either for both days, last night i also disconnected and then reconnected to see if that was the issue, however didnt resolve the issue, and still am missing all 4 rewards (2 15s) and (2  1hour rewards) . to say it lightly im frustrated that this didnt work and rewards which were promised were never delivered

I am not able to watch these live but do I still get the rewards if I watch the recording?

I have watched over an hour of the day 1 recorded qualifier on YouTube and Twitch but haven't got the 250 SP?

EA can you please confirm if we get the rewards from watching the recording?
