Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I received the pack for watching the stream but not the 250 SP if though it shows as claimed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with the rewards in the Fc Pro objective where I can’t receive the rewards even though I watched both streams for 60 minutes
I watched over an hour for both days an I only received my xp for 15 mins for day 2. What is going on here?!
If you watched on Twitch, you should claim them first in your Twitch profile Drops and Rewards section and after that - the objectives should become completed in-game
- @FUTDODD they want people to be specific as possible with the time stamps of when you watched the stream and when you claimed the rewards. don't know why they cant just use the pictures everyone is attaching to their posts showing the rewards not working

- @DEVIN_CAMRY It’s annoying because I can’t say specifically when I watched it just that I spent 70-90 mins on the first day watching it and the same on the second yet only got rewards for day 2
I’ve had the same issue. Got the day 1 rewards fine, day 2 didn’t show at all. I now have the 15 minute objective but not the hour and I’ve watched the YouTube stream multiple times over the past 3 days!!
EA need to fix this or compensate everyone who has watched!
@SyrusMsame for me i watched both days for at least 1 hour a day, i didnt even got for day one or day 2
I have watch the fc pro day 1 and day 2 streams over the weekend for more than 60 minutes (required for the objective on ultimate team fc25) and the objectives are still showing incomplete and as a result I have not received my rewards for completing these objectives. Please help me get my rewards.
