Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I received the pack for watching the stream but not the 250 SP if though it shows as claimed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I missed the first day of the FC Open on the 2nd Nov, so didn't get the viewership rewards. Are you able to watch it now and get the rewards, or does it have to be watched live? On the game, it says I have over 4 days to get it, so I am confused.

I missed the Nov 3 live stream
I’ve tried that, and did claim for the day 2 rewards already. But the day 1 never showed up

I claimed the rewards both days as the notifications on twitch popped up, showed i had my twitch and YouTube linked to ea and still have not received either rewards from either day yet, and got the rewards for linking my twitch and YouTube to ea so i know i di it correctly its really frustrating.

I have this problem, too. I claimed both of the days with 15 and 60 minutes. I got my first day pack and first day xp but unfortunately second day claims didnt show up yet...
