Missing FC Pro Open Global Qualifier - Season 1 Rewards

I had the same problem. I didn't get the multiple quest reward and still no resolution. I think the problem will not be solved and we will not get our rewards. The authorities don't care about us and they don't care about the rewards we don't get.The game is no longer enjoyable due to these errors and can cause unsolvable problems.

I wrote to support 6 times for the same problem, and now the situation is really embarrassing and bordering on mockery on your part. I wrote to you as already said 6 times for the same problem, on November 2 and 3 I viewed the live broadcasts on Twitch of the Fc Pro for the time necessary to receive the prizes. The problem is that I received the prizes for the second day while those for the first I did not, and this prevented me from receiving the prizes for the entire group of prizes which in the meantime has also expired. His colleagues told me every time that they had contacted the team to resolve it and that in 1/2 days they would have resolved everything by giving me the prizes or a compensation me with something in exchange for not having received them, but after 10 days I have not received either the prizes or compensation. I also received an email from you a little while ago asking me if I had resolved the problem, and the answer is no.

I pretend now the prizes or a compesation, this is just ridiculous

ea fix your game and sort our rewards out. This has gone on long enough. We’re now coming up to two weeks since it was released and we all spent our time watching your streams for NO rewards. 

I have received this reply from support...

"Good thing is that this has been brought into the notice of the concerning team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. You just need to wait for some time, Our concerned team is working hard to fix the issue. So please don't worry, please wait for some time and check it again. I would request you to please keep an eye on our official Website and Social media page for further updates and information." 

I have not seen any indication of them acknowledging the problem on their official platforms, I think they are hoping we just forget about it!

im not letting this go, we’re all owed packs for watching your streams. No answers, no acknowledgement, NOTHING!!!!

I don't receive the rewards from live stream event 2 and 3 November. I have talking we'd the support but don't in. 3 week's past and no problem resolved. 

3 weeks almost, still no replies no help etc. we’re about to go into the next round of fc pro stuff and you can’t even be bothered to fix the last round. 

So still nothing I guess? Djeez

Not a month now EA…..what’s the actual point? I haven’t bothered with the current round because YOU can’t be arsed to deal with the issues from the first round you bunch of ignorant crooks 

I guess EA is just hoping we'll forget about this.. we want compensation for this.. it's been a while now..
