Missing guaranteed player from Deluxe NumeroFUT Guarantee Pack

I opened the guaranteed numero player pack for 1500 fc points and didnt recieve the guaranteed player

I had the same issue.

Idk if they fixed it. Haven’t logged on today but I got told to write it in the forum as an ea agent said it didn’t say guaranteed nano player which it did.

I have had the same issue got in contact with them and they told me to come on here to put it on here still haven't received my guarantee numeroFUT player not even in my team or anything

Yep same issue just now. States guaranteed player from active team and got nothing only Gold rare cards. 

Just opened the Guaranteed numeroFUT pack and didn’t receive any.

Same problem but I paid with coins only got Gold players
