Missing guaranteed player from Deluxe NumeroFUT Guarantee Pack

It’s said guaranteed nano player which I never received. I brought 2 packs and didn’t get one of either pack. Anyone else missing these items

NumeroFUT Tactics Upgrade doesn’t give out final NumeroFUT tactics pack containing one NumeroFUT player item when completing. Compensation please
