I have done all of those steps and nothing. The cards value has decreased significantly and I am beyond upset. This "little glitch" has costed me over 500 thousand coins which I spent my time and money on. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfair.

    I am having the same issue but in madden 25 mut. I have several missing players. Not having access to these players and the ability to sell them, their value has dramatically decreased. Now, I have players missing from the new promo that I can not sell for snow. Customer support has been no help through the ticket process.
