What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All the time.

How often does the bug occur? Every time. All day long.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on PC, using a controller.
What happens when the bug occurs? The mouse cursor is sticking on screen, and if left in places where a clickable window is, it automatically selects it. Worst case scenario it can cause you to overspend on cards in Ultimate Team selecting the "buy now" option when you are manually bidding.
What should be happening instead? Keyboard and mouse input should automatically disable itself when you press any button on the controller, and not show up until you move the mouse again. Just disable the ability to have 2 active inputs at once.
