Mouse Is Constantly On PC Screen And Manipulating input While Using Controller.

Im not sure if this would work, but something that worked for me is to Disable steam input in controller settings of steam as well as in EA app. Further, if you click on the top left icon of steam, and then settings and controller, if you scroll all the way down to desktop layout, click on the settings cog and once there disable controller input for desktop layout. This helped me where the mouse would move when using the controller.
