Negotiate Contract With Player Stuck on Weekly Task List After Swap Deal

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In manager career mode, negotiate with a club for a swap deal for a player. Then, a task to negotiate with the player over his contract will appear in the weekly task list on home page. After negotiating with the player, and completing the signing, the task will not disappear from the task list. It will stay there indefinitely
What happens when the bug occurs? Task to negotiate contract with player after agreeing swap transfer with other club does not disappear from weekly tasks list after negotiating contract and completing the signing.
What should be happening instead? After negotiating with the player and completing the signing, the task to negotiate his contract should disappear, not stay in the task list indefinitely.
I signed a player via a swap deal but the task to negotiate his contract is stuck on my weekly tasks list. It will not go away. I’ve clicked on it and it takes me to the transfer hub, where there is nothing to negotiate. I have since finished a season, been promoted, and started the next season, and the task is still there. He’s not even a year into his 4 year contract, so there is nothing to negotiate. It’s the task that appeared after I agreed with his former club to sign him, and needed to negotiate his contract with him to complete the signing. After doing all of this, the task to negotiate his contract is still there. He is happy with his contract (green thumbs up) so that is not the issue. This has only happened with one player. I’ve signed multiple others, and the tasks have disappeared as they should.
