Negotiate Contract With Player Stuck on Weekly Task List After Swap Deal

I had this issue. To fix it, I searched for the player and entered negotiations to buy them (offer a swap deal if you don’t have the funds). At the player negotiation phase I ended the negotiation immediately and the task counted as completed. Hope this helps.

p.s. I skipped a couple days before entering negotiations. Maybe not necessary but it might have an impact on the task list.
