Negotiate Contract With Player Stuck on Weekly Task List After Swap Deal

@shannonxcii in additiom to the problem description, it seems to happen when a player of ours receive two offers being one a swap trade and the other one cash only. When we accept both, if our player accepts the deal before we enter in negotiation with the player of the swap, the list remains indefinetely as mentioned in the post. Its january 2025 and the bug is still there.
