NEW ACCOUNT CAN NOT ACCESS TRANSFER MARKET (IN-GAME)

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/23/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 00:35 pm
What is your time zone? IST - GMT + 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i can not acces transfer market in-game. it says i need to complete foundation sbcs but it will take months to do it without transfer market access. (this is not web app access, i am talking about in-game transfer market)
What happens when the bug occurs? i can't access transfer market
What should be happening instead? i should be able to access transfer market in-game.

This account is new and there is no ban history or anything. this is clearly a bug. i contacted ea chat and they also confirmed this.

    Hey @mosquytoo in order to gain access to the market you will need to meet the requirements set out for you.

    We cannot speed it up or grant you access.

    The most ridiculous thing is that I have played this for more than a month, even gain a repeated icon Rush from untradeable package.But the transfer market still locked and still need to complete the task which have been done since the first day I entered the UT mode.I'm afraid that this bug will never be repaired because they never care such kind of problem.

    I have now had FC25 for fourteen days, but I still cannot access the transfer market in the Web application. What kind of help can EA provide?

    Maybe you don't understand that all those problems about transfer market are in-game instead of on webs or app, which should follow the solution you gave. Those transfer market problems should be a bug caused by logical conflict due to carelessly fit measure of in-game mission and app.

    try To ready our Bug not reply with no fixing reason

    WE are all Already Complete The required To open market in Game In game In game 

     

    and still want to complete The UT object to open market and all we did it already there is no solution with support

    Support Is no helping with anything only replying with anywords and close cases with no reason and no solving
