No ability to change training plan

Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Once you enter career mode your given the option to choose how you want training plans to be within career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m now left with players with no energy or sharpness and can’t do anything about it
What should be happening instead? Able to change it mid season etc just like in previous games.
