@lainos99 test your internet before start the career mode, it will make you offline from EA servers and the sponsors will appear

one way to do that is when in game, press PS button and test your internet connection, it will disconnect you from EA servers
you can press X when opening the game to avoid connect as well- Well, I'm interested in playing online, not offline...what would be the reason why it can't be played online, you know
