Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On Monday 20.01.25 we had made it halfway through Elite 1 and when we logged on on Friday 24.01.25 we had been bumped back to Gold 2 and then no matter how much we played, we received zero XP for each game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progress is lost every time and we are bumped back, then zero XP is given for any wins or losses in further squad battles.
What should be happening instead? We should stay at the rank we were at and XP should be granted for further squad battle game play.
Although we have listed Friday 24.01.25 as the date that we saw the bug, we have also experienced it almost every time we have played Squad Battles since December 2024.
