No points awarded in squad battles EAFC25

For the past two weeks, I haven’t been receiving any Squad Battle points. Once I reach Silver 1, no additional points are added. My scores aren’t accumulating, and I’m unable to progress beyond Silver 1.

I contacted EA FC 25 support via chat, and they mentioned it could be a visual glitch, but that explanation doesn’t align with the issue. If it were merely a visual glitch, I would still be leveling up, but I’ve been stuck in Silver 1.

Additionally, for 4-5 days last week, I didn’t receive any Squad Points at all. This issue has persisted across two weekends now, and I’m not seeing any resolution.

Who can assist me with this? The EA Support team I spoke with had no solutions and advised me to post my concern here.

This has happened to me as well and if the 12 games is only available it didn’t tell me I will receive 0 points like it does when I play co op.

Every thing was going fine I was playing a game and won 5 - 0 and I got nothing. No points. And then I played another to make sure it wasn’t a mistake and again. Ea fix your game. I want that mode mastery.

I’m getting this issue as well. Is there no fix for it?

Unfortunately it's what happens. You only get points for 12 matches. Anything over the 12 games you get nothing for. This is due to a change that EA Sports have made to the game. Very poor decision IMHO but who are we to complain, we're just the suckers who fork out for the game year on. 

I have this problem too. No points after 12 matches. EA lets make SB great again let us play more.
