Are you sure that you don't have an SBC storage? The storage is tricky to find/ access.
Just in case that you might not have found the storage, I describe it to you. When you are in an SBC and enter the menu to add a player, there ist this dropdown that in FC24 allowed you to chose players from the club or "concept players". Here you find an new option now that is called "SBC Storage".
