It does not happen in Kick Off when playing an Away team, so it seems to be the tournaments. Yeah same for me -ps5 , no ability to change tactics on the fly in away games? Tournament mode -single player.
This also happened in EA 24 I recall -took weeks for it to be sorted. Only way to change tactic when away is to pause and go into tactic menu -please sort it out!

@HeyMickey92 Same problem here! This is totally unacceptable and I can’t believe it wasn’t discovered during QA! Fix this NOW, EA. I’m on PS5, playing offline tournaments with a friend
