Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps

@EA_Barry Barry! Thank you. I will test and report. I think it might be a bug with the game/menus that is crashing the game, and could happen mid game, happened in drafts twice when pausing on the second half.
I think too many people are having this issue, so there must be something unknown that is affecting this and may not be the user's fault. Wish this was tested in beta properly.
