I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I can usually play 2-3 matches—if I’m lucky—before I get a black screen, and then my PC restarts.
System Specs:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core, 4.50 GHz
- RAM: 16.0 GB
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti
I don’t encounter any problems with other games. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Adjusted settings multiple times in the Nvidia Control Panel
- Updated BIOS
- Reinstalled GPU drivers both manually and using the express option
- Repaired game files multiple times via the EA launcher
- Forced compatibility mode
Despite all this, nothing has worked. EA support only advises reinstalling or repairing game files, which hasn’t helped.
It’s surprising there’s no clear solution, especially with so many people reporting this issue.
