I have the same problem, game continuously crashes in different moments, like matches or menus, a lot of times evolves in blue screen.
It's like unplayable, and I got so many retirements due to this.
I'm also playing a lot of other games, never had this problem.
I tried every fix, but nothing. Always the same issue.
EA can you help us?
same issue here, since day 1 i have this issue.
game crashes when loading rivals i'm on pc
Game crashing black screen every 1 or 2 games got 2 wins from 3 in qualifiers then 2 dnf black screen closed back to my desktop no error! I am furious with this game not even lieing.
Same issue
@EA_Barry Each post I have seen since FC24 you give the same fix and it does not work. I have done everything that has to be done. The issue is with EA cheat. This is what EA should be fixing. I run
OS - Windows 11 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i9 14900k
Memory - 64GB
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 4080 Super
Direct X - 12
Hard Drive Space - Over 1TB
We can't be having this every year. This issue has started since EA cheat has been introduced. From previous FIFA we never got this issue like this. So frustrating. Even by making a report nobody gets back to you.Hi Barry,
I have problem from beginning in FC 25. When I go online my game is working 1 to 2 min and than crushing every time.
Offline is working normally.
I pre ordered the game to have earlier access but I can't play my Ultimate Team.
Do you know by any chance something about my issue?
Thank you
I found a solution that worked for me. The main issue I found was that I have an ASUS Z790 motherboard with an outdated BIOs version and BIOs settings (basically it was overclocking CPU and causing all games to crash).
If you have an ASUS mobo read this article https://www.asus.com/us/support/faq/1053456/ - After you update your BIOs version to the newest, make sure the "Performance Preference" settings is set to "Intel Default Settings". Also make sure the setting "ASUS MultiCore Enhancement" is set to "Disabled - Enforce All Limits". After you have done this, make sure all your hardware/software drivers are updated and windows updates are up-to-date.
Now make sure your EA App is closed. Go to the EA website and download the EA Anticheat: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ - Once you downloaded it, open it and "repair" your FC25 anticheat. Once that is completed, do not start the EA App but instead go to "C:\Program Files\EA Games\EA SPORTS FC 25", find the file "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher" - double click to open. This should start to load EA/FC25 but it will stop and a window will popup, it will then ask you to log into your EA account. This is like a login for the anticheat. Once you login, the FC25 splash screen should show and start loading and hopefully it will launch the game. It did for me.
For more context, FC25 was working the first day and then it started crashing mid games with no errors, I tired everything I could find online and nothing worked, I even tried things from FC24 forums. I ended up completely reinstall windows 11 and only installing my drivers and ea app, when I did this the game would crash at the splash screen so it was worst than before. After more research I found the issue with my motherboard BIOs and then did the steps above and it resolved. I have played over 6 hours now and no crash.
- @mmek2006 i am having the same issue, i have a I5 10400F and RX6750XT normaly it should work fine
- @KoIa1207 unfortunately i don't have a solution but the same problem (the fans light up and continue to run until i manually switch the power off and on again)
