- @tommyzawesome1 you got it since the patch? I deleted the game, the data file, installed again and nothing work ☹️

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and get in the game. I have checked my WiFi and it isn’t the issue
What happens when the bug occurs? It says “Ea servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.”
What should be happening instead? I should be able to go on to ultimate team
It won’t let me into ultimate team. I have tried multiple times. Checked my WiFi. Restarted my PS and none of them have changed anything.
- @tommyzawesome1 I found a solution, once you can log to companion/web apl, delete your active squad, this is the issue
How do you delete active squad it won’t let me
- @pedrobucarelli I’m getting the same problem, reinstalled the game cleared cache rebuilt my ps5 storage 🤣 still not working.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The game keeps crashing when I try to login on ultimate team (it doesn't when entering other modes) and when I try to enter by companion says I'm logged on even though i cant login. Already tried to enter with my girlfriends account and i can enter with out a problem on her account.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes completely

Already tried everything to logout my account on UT as i saw that some people claim the problem is on the táctics since the update. However i cant login as its says Im already logged in, but the game crashes everytime i try to enter
- @NathanLockwood_ Go on companion, make active another squad, delete the one you were using as main team and it will work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cannot log into UT. My companion app says I am logged into UT.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicked out of UT
What should be happening instead? Should be allowed to play the game!
This is very frustrating. This game costs a lot of money and I cannot play it. It consistently kicks me out and appears to be tactics related.
