Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/17/2024 started since then.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10pm FIJI time, after the latest patch.
What is your time zone? GMT+12
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon as I updated the game and go into ultimate team the game keeps getting stuck onto the loading screen,other game modes work fine.
What happens when the bug occurs?the game keeps getting stuck onto the loading screen
What should be happening instead? I should be able to load into ultimate team

I removed all the squads and created a new one via companian app and the game didn’t crash this time. Doesn’t sound logic and it is amazing EA developers couldn’t find out yet. 

Me too.  This sucks.   Anyone find a fix to log out?

I've got the same problem... Tried everything but still doesn't work. I've also got the trial version so I've lost 1 hour and an half and I wasn't able to play a single game ;(

i also have the problem and cant play since 2 or 3 days and i only have the ea play pro trial so this is taking my time. im playing one game and after the game my pc just shuts down and i have to start it up every single time. i also tried to upgrade from windows 10 to 11 and it didnt work out for me. pls help me i need a solution.

• Summary of Issue: (I had solved it by deleting a squad and creating a new one from the companion app, however with new patch, i cannot longer fix it like this, also my companion app is not saving my changes) --- I start playing the game and if im lucky I get to finish one game, but as of today I could not finish a game without the game exiting out by itself. )(Before it would reset my pc, after the patch and the companion solution, it only exits the game)

• Video or Image of issue: IT goes into a black screen for a few seconds and then exits out of the game, I have tried all the torubleshooting steps, BIOS update drivers (re-re-re-reinstalled)  all other demanding games work perfect.

IT worked for me for a little, now its getting me out the game and crashing my PC at times
