Hello everyone,
I bought FC 25 through the EA APP and completed the Foundation 1 SBC, but I still couldn't access the transfer market. It told me to complete that task, but I had already done it. I waited until this morning, thinking it might be a bug, but when I checked again, the same message appeared.
I thought it might be an issue with my account, so I refunded the game, created a new EA account, and repurchased the game. However, I faced the exact same problem. Is this a new bug occurring on the PC side? Or, like with the Web App and Companion, does access to the in-game transfer market now unlock over time?
I'm genuinely tired of EA's nonsense. Is there an EA representative who can explain this?
Please don’t just post links about transfer market access in the Web App or Companion. Look at the visuals I’ve provided – my issue, like many others, concerns the in-game transfer market.
Update: I spoke to 2 different EA employees on December 13th. They said they would fix the problem and take care of it, but the problem still persists and they haven't given me any information. I feel scammed.

just purchased the game yesterday as it was last day on sale PC app.
completed foundation 1 SBC.. transfer market still locked.
still same message as OP, and EXACTLY same issue.
then.. I completed foundation 2 and 3.. you guessed it.. transfer market still locked!
now I’m at the stage where because I can’t access the transfer market, I CANT EVEN BUY PLAYERS TO COMPLETE THE SBC!
Is this some sort of pathetic joke, especially during Christmas break?
I see the issue hasn’t been fixed as this is nearly a week post OPs same issue.

If you go to foundations in objectives (not SBC)
There is a set you have to complete to earn transfer market access.
I’ve just about completed it. (A lot of different game types).
will post up if it doesn’t work, if I don’t post then that is the fix.
real pathetic wording by EA. Also never had to do this before to use transfer market.
maybe it’s a secure measure to stop hackers.
