@EA_Aljo so is EA claiming that the failure to access transfer market for the many that are denied access on web/app is not a bug? Despite the fact that we’ve played the game just like everyone else and did everything necessary to get the access? Oh, and paid the same amount of money for a lesser product??

    This issue is regarding accessing the market in game. Not in the app.

      @EA_Aljo this link was posted by someone else in another post re the transfer access on app issue. So I’m replying here too.

      I have no intention of hijacking this thread, but I would really like to know what EA is doing to fix the app issue that appears to be plaguing many users who have played this game regularly for over a month

      Playtime is also broken and not registering my matches, which I suspect is relating to me not getting access to transfer market despite playing regularly for over a month.

      Again, I have no ban and no multiple accounts. I completed all foundation objectives and SBCs.

      Do not ignore me! I need assistance!

        the list of dissatisfied and ignored customers just keeps growing…. Will we get a fix? 

        At this point, just acknowledging the issue and saying “we’re working on it” would be great!
