Is there an estimated timeline for when these issues will be resolved, or could you at least provide an update on any progress made so far? I've been following this matter for some time, and with all due respect, there haven't been any productive conclusions or effective workarounds. The only "workarounds" offered so far involve instructions to "complete the objectives" or links outlining steps to unlock the transfer market. We have read and followed these steps, but despite our efforts, nothing has worked.If you require any proof, I am more than willing to provide it. People have paid for this game, and it's now been over a month without any substantial updates. Please advise!

Yes, the market in both the game and the app remains locked even after completing the foundation objectives. Furthermore, I have gone beyond the required objectives, completing everything possible, including playtime, active days, daily matches, maintaining a good standing account, and more.

Could you please provide an update on the progress made so far? Additionally, could you explicitly clarify whether this issue is fixable? Has this matter been escalated to the appropriate "Bugs and Glitches" team, or is it being continuously treated as a "community matter"? It is not. The transfer market plays a significant role in Ultimate Team, and its functionality is critical. I am beginning to question whether we are simply waiting for this to resolve itself, as the current pace of progress is highly unsatisfactory. - LothisBack2 months agoRising Novice
Most of us couldn’t care less about the app or website but not having in game market access has annoying to say the least. For me personally it’s been almost a month of having the game with no confirmation of fix in sight.

I don't have an update on the issue with completing the Foundation objectives not unlocking the market. This is still being investigated.

Having no timeline or answers for this bug with posts about this from other people dating back over a month ago now is crazy to me. Still “investigating” the issue for this long with no legitimate update for the player base is a problem

It's the only response I have for you currently. We have to get the Foundation bug fixed first. Without that working, the market won't unlock on the app.

Will this issue be resolved soon? With TOTY just around the corner, this matter is becoming increasingly urgent. No offense to you personally, but it feels like there has been little progress beyond the status of "being investigated." If you and your colleagues act as intermediaries between us and the team responsible for fixing the bug, I strongly encourage you to escalate this matter. i have completed the foundations objective with over 200 games played and 65+ hours logged on the game. No access to the market in game or on the app

It has been four days, and there is still no update on the investigation's progression. My transfer market remains locked, which is truly unacceptable. The least you could do is confirm that you have properly received the information or provide an update on the issue's status.
The lack of response is extremely disappointing. Each day the transfer market is locked, I lose potential profits or packs. As one of the most important features of the game, I cannot believe this issue is receiving so little attention.

We are completely missing out on TOTY. I can’t open any tradeable packs because I can’t add them to the transfer list in game. Can’t spend my coins on players for evos or anything at all. Not responding for 4 days with updates to this bug is completely unacceptable. How do you expect us to continue to play the game without one of the most important features.
